After some searching discovered that my current browser doesn't allow pictures on the site, but a new version coming out in July should. I may explore using a different browser.

It's Benji Borden, Cathy's son. Listen, if you're thinking of a new browser and are still slogging around with Explorer (or Netscape), try out either Opera or Firefox instead. I use a Mozilla-based browser called Camino but I think it's Mac only (also, I heard that you're an old Mac-head but had to give it up for your genealogy software--good news! the new Intel-chip Macs can run Windows and Mac osX, and not any of that mediocre emulation software, either. it's really like 2 in 1).
